Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TREX IPTV, WhatsApp: +491632476855, Telegram: @t_rextv) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a WhatsApp or Telegram message). You may use the withdrawal function on this page (“Withdraw from contract”) or the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, if performance began with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun with your express prior consent, your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and our confirmation of this consent.
