How to Set Up IPTV on MAG box
MAG boxes (e.g. MAG 322, 424 or 524) are dedicated IPTV boxes. They don’t need an app – you just enter a portal address. To do this, we activate your box’s MAC address on our side.
What you need
- A MAG box (e.g. MAG 322, 324, 424, 524)
- Internet from 16 Mbps – ideally via Ethernet
- Your box’s MAC address (sticker on the bottom)
- WhatsApp on your phone
Step by step: how to set up IPTV on MAG box

Step 1
Find the box’s MAC address
The MAC address is on the sticker on the bottom of the box and usually starts with 00:1A:79. You’ll also find it under Settings → System information (“Info”).

Send the MAC address via WhatsApp
Send us the MAC address via WhatsApp (button on the right). We activate your box and send you the portal address.

Enter the portal address
Open Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals. Enter any name for “Portal 1 name” and the portal address from our WhatsApp message for “Portal 1 URL”. Save with “OK”.

Restart the box
Go back and choose “Restart”, or restart the box with the power switch. On startup it connects to the portal.

Start watching
After loading, the portal appears with live TV, movies, series and the TV guide. You navigate with the remote just like a classic receiver.
Note: the portal address is tied to your box’s MAC address. If you replace the box, send us the new MAC address.
Alternative: an Android box
Newer boxes like the MAG 524 or Android TV devices can also use apps such as TiviMate. If your box runs Android, you can alternatively follow the Android TV guide.
Fixing problems on MAG box
“Portal not found” or “Loading error”
Check the portal address for typos – it must be entered exactly as we send it (including http:// and the slash at the end).
“Your STB is blocked” or “MAC not registered”
The MAC address hasn’t been activated yet or was sent incorrectly. Send us a photo of the sticker and we’ll check it.
The picture stutters
Connect the box by Ethernet, restart router and box and update the box software under Settings → Software update.
FAQ: IPTV on MAG box
Why don’t I need an app?
MAG boxes have a built-in interface that connects directly to the portal. No username or password is needed – the box is recognised by its MAC address.
How long does activation take?
We activate the MAC address personally as soon as we see your message and send you the portal address via WhatsApp.
Can I add several portals?
Yes, MAG boxes support several portals. For our service Portal 1 is enough.
