How to Set Up IPTV on Formuler box
Formuler boxes (e.g. Z11, Z11 Pro, Z Alpha) are Android boxes with the dedicated IPTV app MYTVOnline. Setup works via the MAC address and a portal address that we send you.
What you need
- A Formuler box with MYTVOnline (e.g. Z11, Z11 Pro Max, Z Alpha)
- Internet from 16 Mbps for HD, 50 Mbps for 4K – ideally via Ethernet
- WhatsApp on your phone
- A subscription (purchase or 24h trial)
Step by step: how to set up IPTV on Formuler box

Step 1
Open MYTVOnline and note the MAC address
Start the MYTVOnline app. The box’s MAC address is shown when adding a portal or under Settings – take a photo with your phone.

Send the MAC address via WhatsApp
Send us the MAC address via WhatsApp (button on the right). We activate it and send you the portal address.

Add the portal
In MYTVOnline choose “Add Portal”, enter any name and the portal address from our WhatsApp message. Confirm with “Connect”.

Load the portal
MYTVOnline connects and loads channels, movies, series and the TV guide. The first time this takes a moment.

Start watching
Pick a channel. The menu gives you the TV guide, movies, series and your favourites.
Tip: keep MYTVOnline and the box software up to date (Settings → Update). New versions often load large channel lists much faster.
Alternative: TiviMate on the Formuler box
Formuler boxes run Android and have a Play Store. So you can also install TiviMate and log in with Xtream Codes (server URL, username, password). Just let us know which option you prefer.
Fixing problems on Formuler box
“Portal connection failed”
Check the portal address carefully – including http:// and the slash at the end. If it’s correct, the MAC address may not be activated yet: send us a photo of the MAC address shown.
The channel list takes very long to load
Update MYTVOnline to the latest version and restart the box. An Ethernet connection speeds up loading.
No TV guide
Open the EPG settings in MYTVOnline and refresh the programme manually.

For 4K we recommend current models such as the Z11 Pro Max or Z Alpha. Older models also work well in HD.
