How to Set Up IPTV on Windows PC
On a Windows PC you use the regular IBO Player (there is no Pro version for Windows). You download the programme from the developer’s website and send us two values – we add the playlist.

- Windows 10 or 11
- Internet from 16 Mbps for HD
- WhatsApp on your phone or PC
- A subscription (purchase or 24h trial)
Step by step: how to set up IPTV on Windows PC

Download IBO Player
Download IBO Player for Windows from the official website iboplayer.com (“Downloads” section) and install it.

Note your MAC address and device key
Start the programme. The start screen shows “Mac Address” and “Device Key”.

Send the values via WhatsApp
Send us both values via our “IBO activation” page. We add your playlist and confirm in the chat.

Restart the programme
Close IBO Player after our confirmation and open it again.

Start watching
Your channels, movies and series load. Double-click the picture to switch to full screen.
Tip: on a PC you can also use the free VLC player and open the M3U link from our WhatsApp message (Media → Open Network Stream).
Alternative: VLC player with an M3U link
VLC is free for Windows. Open “Media → Open Network Stream” and paste the M3U link we send you via WhatsApp. VLC shows the channels as a playlist – without a TV guide, but quick and easy.
Fixing problems on Windows PC
Windows blocks the installation
If “Windows protected your PC” appears, click “More info” → “Run anyway” – but only if you downloaded the file from the official website.
The picture stutters
Close other demanding programmes, connect the PC by Ethernet and update your graphics driver.
No sound
Check the default audio output in Windows (speaker icon at the bottom right) and the volume in the programme.
FAQ: IPTV on Windows PC
Is there IBO Player Pro for Windows?
No, Windows only has the regular IBO Player. It works the same way with a MAC address and device key.
Can I watch on PC and TV?
You can set up both devices, but one subscription is valid for one device at a time.
Do I need a fast graphics card?
No. Any current PC is enough for HD. For 4K the computer shouldn’t be more than a few years old.
