How to Set Up IPTV on Hisense TV (VIDAA)

What you need

• Hisense smart TV with VIDAA (for Google TV models use the Google TV guide)
• Internet from 16 Mbps for HD, 50 Mbps for 4K
• WhatsApp on your phone
• A subscription (purchase or 24h trial)

Step by step: how to set up IPTV on Hisense TV (VIDAA)

   Step 1

   Install IBO Player Pro from the VIDAA store

   On the home screen open the “VIDAA App Store” (or “App Store”), search for “IBO Player Pro” and install the app.

   Note your MAC address and device key

   Start the app. The start screen shows “Mac Address” and “Device Key” – take a photo of both with your phone.

   Send the values via WhatsApp

   Send us the MAC address and device key via our “IBO activation” page. We add your playlist and confirm in the chat.

   Restart the app

   After our confirmation, close the app and open it again – the playlist loads.

   Start watching

   Live channels, movies and series appear in the app. For most channels you also see the TV guide.

Note: if your Hisense TV runs Google TV instead of VIDAA (recognisable by the Google Play Store), follow the Google TV guide and use TiviMate.

Fixing problems on Hisense TV (VIDAA)

• The app isn’t visible in the VIDAA store

  Update the TV software under Settings → Support → System update. The app selection in the VIDAA store also depends on model and region.

• The playlist won’t load

  Compare the MAC address in the app with the one you sent us. It changes after switching between Wi-Fi and LAN.

• The app closes by itself

  Restart the TV completely once (unplug it for 30 seconds). This clears the memory and fixes many crashes.
