Step 1: Install the right app
Look for the small “Pro” badge in the logo. Similar-sounding apps such as “IBO Pro Player” or “IBO PRO” are different products.
- Samsung TV: Smart Hub → Apps → search for “IBO Player Pro”
- LG TV: LG Content Store → search for “IBO Player Pro”
- Hisense (VIDAA): VIDAA App Store
- iPhone, iPad, Apple TV: App Store
- Android & Fire TV: via the “Downloader” app with code 923441 (not in the Play Store)
Step 2: Note your MAC address and device key
Open the app. The start screen shows two values:
- Mac Address – for example
AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF - Device Key – a sequence of numbers
Step 3: Send us the values
The easiest way is our IBO activation page: enter MAC address and device key, and WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message to us. We add your playlist and confirm in the chat.
Step 4: Restart the app
Once we confirm, close the app and open it again. Your channels, movies and series appear automatically.
The licence after 7 days
IBO Player Pro is free for 7 days. After that you buy a licence directly from the developer. The licence is not part of our package and is not refunded by the developer – so test the app properly during the free days.
