TiviMate is one of the most popular IPTV players for Fire TV, Android TV and Google TV. The interface is clear, fast and feels like classic TV. Here’s how to set up the app.
Step 1: Install TiviMate
- Android TV & Google TV: open the Google Play Store and search for “TiviMate IPTV Player”.
- Fire TV: TiviMate isn’t in the Amazon Appstore. Install it via Downloader – our Fire TV guide shows you how.
Step 2: Add your playlist with Xtream Codes
- Start TiviMate and choose Add playlist.
- Select Xtream Codes.
- Enter the server URL, your username and your password from our WhatsApp message.
- Confirm with Next.
Check the exact spelling – passwords are case-sensitive.
Step 3: Load the TV guide
TiviMate loads channels and the TV guide (EPG) automatically. The first start can take a moment. Afterwards you see the channel list on the left and the current programme next to it.
Recommended settings
- Add favourites: long-press a channel → add to favourites. Your favourite channels are always at hand.
- Increase the buffer: Settings → Playback → Buffer size. Helpful with weaker Wi-Fi.
- Hide groups: you can hide countries or categories you don’t need – the list becomes much clearer.
TiviMate Premium
The basic features are free. Some convenience features, such as multiple playlists or recording, require TiviMate Premium. Premium is bought directly from the app developer and is not part of our package.
